Shipping Policy

  1. General

    Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website; from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill your complete order at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item(s) or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.


  2. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. Shipping prices may vary depending on the final destination.


  3. Delivery Terms

    3.1 Transit time for Standard Shipments

    On average, standard shipments to the US and Mexico take between 5 - 10 business days to reach their final destination. You'll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution center.

    3.2 Transit time for International Shipments

    On average, orders shipped internationally (outside the US and Mexico) take between 8 - 22 business days to reach their final destination. Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping courier and dates at the time of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution center.

    3.3 Expedited Delivery

    Our expedited shipping service for all orders (US & MX) is $25 USD. On average, orders with expedited shipping take between 3 - 5 business days to reach their final destination.  You'll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution center.

    3.4 Dispatch Time

    Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after receiving the complete order and payment. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours; except during national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In this case, we will take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

    3.5 Change Of Delivery Address

    For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to make changes to the order’s shipping information BEFORE the order has been dispatched. You can email us at contact@tuuinshoodies.com 

    3.6 P.O. Box Shipping

    Tuuins will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer other courier services to these locations.

    3.7 Military Address Shipping
    We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using  other courier services.

    3.8 Items Out Of Stock

    If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and deliver the remaining items once they are back in stock.

    3.9 Delivery Time Exceeded

    If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at contact@tuuinshoodies.com so we can conduct an investigation.


  4. Tracking Notifications

    Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number where they can track the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


  5. Parcels Damaged In Transit

    If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service.


  6. Duties & Taxes

    6.1 Sales Tax


    Sales tax will be applied during the checkout phase of your order.

    6.2 Import Duties & Taxes

    For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be required to be paid. Tuuins pre-calculate these costs and add them to the shipping estimate at checkout.


  7. Cancellations

    We accept cancellations before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.


  8. Insurance

    Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

    8.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit


    If the parcel has been damaged in-transit, we can process a replacement or refund as soon as the courier has completed their investigation of the claim.

    8.2 Process for parcel lost in transit

    If the parcel is lost in transit, we can process a replacement or refund as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
