This return policy is applicable for 30 days after the sale. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must have no signs of wear or use and be returned in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

To initiate the return process please use our contact page. Please provide the following information:

  • Order number. 
  • Full name.
  • Reason for return.

Return & Refunds of Defective products (if applicable)

For the return of defective products:

Once your return is received and has passed our inspection, you will receive an email notifying that we have received your returned item. Additionally, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account.
Then contact your bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve completed all the steps and have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items do not qualify for a refund.

Shipping 
To return your product, please contact us. We will provide support throughout the return process.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping expenses for returning your item. For defective products, shipping expenses will be refunded after inspection.

The product takes 2-8 business days to arrive. 
 
We recommend to use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
